These include social media 101 sessions that cover risk management to choosing the best tool, preparing content and monitoring and evaluation as well as social media 2.0 that builds on the 101 information and covers engaging content, advertising, campaigns, measurements and research.
These include access to the ‘how to get started’ guides for Facebook Pages, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Snapchat.
To support and build on these workshops and resources, the LGA is now offering a suite of one-hour webinars that focus on particular social media platforms or topics.
Please note: These webinars were recorded with council practitioners. As a result you will have not only the facilitator Sarah Bishop - Activate Consulting taking you through the webinar, but there will be questions from participants and includes Sarah problem solving on the fly.
